The New York American Marketing Association has been setting the standard for marketing effectiveness for more than 65 years. Today, New York AMA advances the practice and understanding of effective marketing throughout all segments of the marketing community.

In 1968 it founded the Effie^® Awards. Now established as a separate entity, the mission of Effie^® Worldwide is to recognize, educate and encourage effectiveness among the marketing communications industry.

The New York American Marketing Association also publishes The GreenBook^® directory, the authoritative source for obtaining information about marketing research companies and their services worldwide.
